d’Avenza as a part of Brandamour Group

Established in 2016, Brandamour S.p.A. brings together three renown players of the Made in Italy textile and garment scenario: Luigi Botto and Fratelli Ormezzano, specialized in the production of high quality fabrics, and the historical sartoria d’Avenza, whose constitution by the famous British taylor Samuel Ackermann dates back to 1956 in Carrara.

With the acquisition of Lanificio Fratelli Cerruti, due to close at the beginning of this summer, Brandamour will represent a pole capable of directly supervising all processes of the supply chain (design, production, distribution) with an annual turnover of 90 million euros.

Through a vertically structured integrated platform 4.0, studied to enhance the Italian excellence from the earliest stages of raw material selection to every production phase, Brandamour will pursue its aim to become the key player in the Italian luxury lifestyle.
A structure that values its past roots but is able to operate in the future, it will take advantage of powerful technological synergies between the companies of the Group and benefit of a consolidated yet constantly developing distribution network.
